How do credits work?

Each credit lets you generate one complete book. Credits are purchased via In-App Purchase on iOS or via Stripe on the web. Credits never expire and are tied to your account.

Can I get a refund?

For purchases made through the iOS App Store, refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, contact us at [email protected].

My book generation failed — what do I do?

If a book generation fails partway through, your credit is not consumed. Try again from the beginning. If the problem persists, email us with a description of your premise and settings.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account" and we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

How do I export my book?

After generating all chapters, use the Download button to export your book as a DOCX or PDF. On iOS, the file is shared via the native share sheet so you can save it to Files, send it to another app, or AirDrop it.
